We purchased our Lincoln home that was being marketed by Property Brokers, Lincoln and Heather Maguire was the agent we dealt with. From day one when I rang Heather right through to the final day when the money changed hands and the home became ours, I found Heather to be an agent with whom we had a high level of trust in. Although Heather is quite new to the real estate industry, she provided a level of confidence in the process. Having only ever purchased three homes, we needed to be kept up to speed with what was happening in respect to the time frame, and those other both large and small points of a home purchase that are very important. The personal touch in these matters is also important in that we were part of the home sale and purchase. Heather provided us with the name of a home inspection service that proved to be very good. Heather was always responsive to our needs as the purchase of a home can be both stressful and a journey into the unknown. A cheerful voice down the phone is all that was needed to know that we were on the right pathway. I knew that when Heather was calling that we were in good hands.
